Falin has a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane WA and Graduate course work from Haille School of Business at Northern Kentucky University. She has five years of management experience and has performed trainings for such companies as Sodexho, Starbucks Coffee Company and Rockwood Retirement Communities.
